History of Palhna Devi Temple

Palhna Devi Temple is connected with the ancient story of King Daksha Prajapati’s Yagya. According to Puranic tradition, King Daksha organised a grand Yagya but did not invite his daughter Sati’s husband, Lord Shiva.
